Alex Iwobi has become the fifth player in Premier League history to make 100+ appearances for three different clubs.

Iwobi played his 100th Premier League game for Fulham on Saturday, starting in their 3-2 defeat to Crystal Palace.

The Nigeria international was in action for 83 minutes at Craven Cottage as Fulham suffered their third straight loss in the English top-flight this season.

He was later replaced by Rodrigo Muniz as Tyrick Mitchell's brace and Ben Chilwell's winning goal powered Crystal Palace to victory in the five-goal thriller.

IWOBI BECOMES FIFTH PLAYER TO REACH 100 APPEARANCES AT THREE CLUBS

Saturday's feat cemented Iwobi's spot in a revered list of players to have made a century of Premier League appearances at three different clubs.

He joins James Milner, Gareth Barry, Rory Delap and Gary Speed as the only players to have reached such a milestone.

In total, Iwobi has scored 35 goals with 38 assists in 323 Premier League games since playing his first game 11 years ago.

IWOBI'S PREMIER LEAGUE CAREER IN NUMBERS

Iwobi made his Premier League debut at Arsenal in October 2015 and he has become a prominent star in the top division with his playmaking qualities.

The 30-year-old played 100 Premier League games for the Gunners between 2015 and 2019, with a tally of 11 goals.

He then moved to Everton in 2019, where he made 123 league appearances with six goals before moving to Fulham in 2023.

In West London, Iwobi has been more involved in goalscoring, scoring 18 goals in 100 Premier League appearances for the Cottagers.

IWOBI'S STATS IN 2026-27

The Super Eagles midfielder has played in Fulham's first three games of the season but is yet to make a significant impact in the team.

With Fulham struggling to register their first win of the season, Iwobi is also struggling to contribute in front of goal.

He is without a goal or assist so far, having played 263 minutes of football so far.

However, his 222 passes across the three games are 91 per cent accurate, while his 23 long passes are 83 per cent completed.

With Fulham now occupying the 19th position in the Premier League table, Iwobi will hope to inspire Marco Silva's men to winning ways when they travel to Anfield for their next Premier League fixture against Liverpool on September 12.
