Alan Nixon, writing on his Patreon, reported that Arsenal are "closely following" developments between Liverpool and Ngumoha. The winger faces competition for a place on the left side of Liverpool's attack, with Bradley Barcola and Cody Gakpo also options in the position.
Liverpool head coach Andoni Iraola has also identified Ngumoha as a predominantly left-sided attacker and named him among his options across the wings alongside Barcola, Gakpo, and Victor Muñoz.
At 18, Ngumoha is still developing at senior level, and his opportunities could depend on how Liverpool manage their options across the attack.
Nixon's report does not suggest that Liverpool are looking to sell Ngumoha or that the player has asked to leave. Arsenal's interest is instead linked to whether he can establish himself in the first team.
