José Mourinho has ruled out a January loan move for Endrick, insisting the Real Madrid forward will stay at the club beyond the winter transfer window.

The 20-year-old Brazilian international has played just four minutes in La Liga this season. This has raised questions about his immediate future amid limited first-team opportunities.

Jose Mourinho Makes Endrick Plans Clear

Speaking to reporters, Mourinho insisted he wants to keep Endrick at the Bernabeu (via TNT Sports Brasil):

"Endrick is a player I absolutely adore, a player I believe has huge potential and who is very important to us."

He also warned that any club seeking to sign the forward on loan would face his opposition, insisting Endrick could succeed at Real Madrid without a temporary move.

“Anyone interested in him will have to fight me hard, because I believe he does not need to go out on loan and that he’ll have massive success here."

Endrick joined Madrid from Palmeiras back in the summer of 2024 and had been expected to become a superstar at the Bernabeu.

Why Endrick’s Future Is Under the Spotlight

Endrick’s lack of playing time has raised questions about his future. Mourinho said a pre-season injury kept the forward out for four to five weeks and delayed his start to the campaign. He has since played just four minutes in LaLiga, coming on against Elche.

Endrick spent the second half of last season on loan at Lyon, scoring five goals in 16 Ligue 1 appearances. Despite that spell, Mourinho believes the forward can make an impact at Real Madrid without another loan move.

His comments make his position clear ahead of January: he wants Endrick to stay at the Bernabeu and compete for a place in the team.
