Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique feels his team were unlucky to have bowed to a 2--1 defeat to AS Monaco in the French Ligue 1 on Friday.
The defeat at Parc des Princes made it three league games without a win for the reigning European champions this season.
Brazilian captain Marquinhos gave the Parisians an early lead, but they gave up the first-half lead with Flavio Nazinho and Stanis Idumbo finding the back of the net to inspire Monaco's fight back.
The victory stretched AS Monaco's lead at the Ligue 1 summit as the only team with a 100 percent record, while PSG dropped to 12th position in the league table.

PSG dominated Friday's with the most shots (21), shots on target (10), and passes (770) compared to Monaco's two shots on target and four shots in total.
The Spanish coach believes the Parisians were in control of the game and would have a better chance to win the same fixture if it were replayed 10 times.
"If we play again this game in this way, ten more times... we win eight, Monaco win one and maybe there's a draw," Enrique said after the game.
"Monaco know that, but that's why football is beautiful."
PSG'S START TO 2026-27 SEASON
Luis Enrique's PSG started the new season on a triumphant note by lifting the UEFA Super Cup after beating Europa League champions Aston Villa in Austria.
However, their Ligue 1 title defence campaign has kicked off on the wrong foot with the Parisians yet to secure maximum points in their last three matches.
They have conceded at least two goals in each of their last three Ligue 1 games (2-2 vs Rennes, 2-2 vs Lille and 2-1 vs Monaco).
Enrique, in his post-game reaction, admitted that his team is struggling with their results and he is demanding improvement even from himself.
"I'm happy with the players, although we need to improve individually and collectively, and that includes me, the manager, because we're struggling in the league table," he said.
As talks about Enrique's contract extension in Paris continue to gain momentum, the former Barcelona manager said he is happy to continue his project in the French capital.
"We're part of an exciting project; this is the first time that I've started a fourth season as the manager of the same team," he added.
"My motivation is even stronger than it was in my first few days here. The trust of the President and of the board is important to me. I'm still motivated and very happy, and I hope to stay here in Paris for a very long time."
