Youth recruitment in the Premier League this summer has seen two of the biggest clubs in England clash over a top prospect.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Manchester City have completed the signing of teenage midfielder Mishel Nduka from rivals Arsenal.

Reports have claimed that the 16-year-old turned down a lucrative offer from the Gunners to sign on scholarship terms with Manchester City this summer.
