Chelsea have secured the future of one of the world's best goalkeepers after Hannah Hampton signed a new contract that will keep her at the club until the summer of 2028.
The England international has established herself as Chelsea's undisputed number one since arriving from Aston Villa in 2023 and has enjoyed an incredible rise over the past three years.
During that time, Hampton has won five trophies with the Blues, helped England retain the UEFA Women's European Championship and claimed the prestigious Yashin Trophy at the 2025 Ballon d'Or ceremony, recognising her as the world's best goalkeeper.
"Chelsea Has Always Been My Dream Club"
Speaking after putting pen to paper on her new deal, Hampton admitted extending her stay was an easy decision.
"I'm really happy," she said.
"Chelsea have always been my dream club to play for in England so to be able to extend for another two years is a proud moment.
"When I moved to London from the Midlands, it was my first time moving away from home and everyone at Chelsea made it feel like a home away from home and somewhere I have been able to grow not only as a player but as a person.
"I don't want that journey to stop and I want to continue to grow more and learn more as a person."
The 25-year-old also made clear her ambitions remain focused on helping Chelsea return to the very top.
"I am happy and I know there is so much more I can achieve and so much more as a team we can achieve," she added.
"I am going to do everything I can to help Chelsea get back to being as successful as we have been in the past."

Hannah Hampton's Rise To The Top
Hampton's journey to becoming one of football's elite goalkeepers has been far from conventional.
Born in Birmingham, she moved to Spain at the age of five, where she developed as an outfield player while playing for Villarreal.
After returning to England just before her 11th birthday, she switched to playing in goal during her time with Stoke City before continuing her development at Birmingham City.
Her performances earned a move to Aston Villa in 2021, while she also made her senior England debut that same year with a clean sheet against Spain.
Having been part of England's UEFA Women's Euro 2022-winning squad and their run to the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup final, Hampton joined Chelsea and has continued to reach new heights ever since.

Hampton became Chelsea's first-choice goalkeeper ahead of the 2024-25 campaign and enjoyed a remarkable breakthrough season.
She helped the Blues complete an unbeaten domestic campaign on their way to winning the treble, collecting the Women's Super League Golden Glove award before successfully retaining it the following season.
Her performances were also recognised on the global stage when she received the Yashin Trophy, underlining her status as one of the finest goalkeepers in world football.
With her future now secured until 2028, Chelsea have ensured one of the foundations of their squad remains in place as they continue their pursuit of domestic and European success.
