We don’t have to forget the way we played in the past.”
He also emphasised that South Africa can only trouble Egypt by staying true to what has brought recent progress.
As a result, he plans minimal changes, trusting the players who have delivered.
“We have to put Egypt in difficult [situations] and you can only do that when you use your quality and the players you normally use.”
Accordingly, South Africa aim to be proactive rather than reactive, especially in transition and ball progression.
