Tottenham Hotspur appear to have moved on from their pursuit of Andy Robertson as they are looking to strike a £20 million deal with Wolves for their left-wing-back Hugo Bueno.
Last week, it appeared like Robertson was going to be making the move to North London after his gametime had been restricted at Liverpool due to the improving form of Milos Kerkez.
Now that the transfer appears to be off, Spurs are moving their attention elsewhere, indicating that they are no longer confident that the deal will take place.
Robertson has been a key part of Liverpool's defence since midway through the 2017-18 season. He has played over 300 times for the Reds, winning the league title twice. He also won the UEFA Champions League final over Spurs in 2019.
However, the Scot has only started four Premier League games this season.

Robertson's contract is due to expire with Liverpool at the end of the season, and therefore, they will receive no fee for the left-back.
Liverpool were willing to let Robertson go to Spurs. Liverpool have tried to recall Kostas Tsimikas from his loan at Roma, but this was unsuccessful.
With no other senior left-backs in the squad, Liverpool would need a player to deputise for Kerkez. Without Tsimikas, they see it as impossible to let Robertson leave the club.
Tottenham Hotspur will now turn their attention to Hugo Bueno according to Caught Offside, who has played in 20 Premier League games for Wolves this season.
Bueno has been a consistent part of the Wolves team despite their struggle for league form. He has also enjoyed an uptick in form when Wolves have started to improve their results in recent weeks.
Destiny Udogie is Tottenham Hotspur's first-choice left back, but his injury record has caused problems in recent years.
Pedro Porro has also picked up an injury, putting pressure on the squad in recent weeks, and therefore, a replacement across either fullback position will be needed.
