Harry Kane has already enjoyed a remarkable period at Bayern Munich, but the England captain has made it clear that there is still one major achievement he wants to add to his collection.
After committing his future to the Bundesliga giants until 2029, the striker has identified the trophy that remains a priority during his extended spell in Germany.
Harry Kane identifies Champions League as major Bayern Munich target
Speaking about his ambitions at Bayern, Kane admitted that winning the Champions League is firmly at the top of his list.
Asked whether Europe's biggest club competition was his next major target, the 2026 Ballon d'Or winner told Fabrizio Romano: "Yeah, for sure. The Champions League is a big objective for me, and also this club, this team."
Kane also acknowledged that lifting the trophy before his new contract expires would be a significant personal achievement.
"I'm here for until 2029. Of course, I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to have at least one Champions League trophy in that period!"
The comments underline Kane's determination to deliver European success in Munich, having already established himself as one of the leading forwards in the game.
Kane commits future to Bayern Munich
Kane's new deal keeps him at Bayern until 2029, offering the striker further time to pursue the major honours he is targeting.
The Champions League remains a particularly significant ambition for the England captain, who has previously come close to winning the competition.
He reached the final with Tottenham in 2019, only to lose 2-0 to Liverpool in Madrid.
Now settled at Bayern, Kane will hope to go one step further and help the German side reclaim Europe's biggest prize.
His individual achievements have already been recognised, but the striker has made his priorities clear: he wants Champions League silverware before his current contract comes to an end.
