New Germany head coach Jurgen Klopp has sent a message to the fans ahead of his first game in charge of Die Mannschaft.
The former Liverpool boss is among the raft of changes that has taken place in international football as a direct consequence of performances at the FIFA World Cup this summer.
Klopp was plucked out of his executive role with Red Bull Football to return to the dugout after a third successive disappointing World Cup outing by Germany.
He has been tasked with leading the team until 2030, but will begin with four UEFA Nations League games in the coming weeks.
'Very Happy' - Jurgen Klopp Message to Germany Fans
Jurgen Klopp spoke as the national team camp opened for the games against the Netherlands, Greece, and Serbia.
In the message shared by the German Football Association (DFB), Klopp introduced himself to the fans and thanked them for their support for the team from all over the world.
He shared his enthusiasm and excitement at the opportunity to be his country's new coach, as well.
"Hello. Some of you know me, some of you don't. I'm the new Germany coach and I'm very happy about it. I know you support us everywhere, all over the world. Thank you for that.
Maybe we'll see each other at the stadium. I can't wait to get started. Let's go," he said.
The 59-year-old tactician was appointed in July after Julian Nagelsmann resigned from his role after their Round of 32 elimination to Paraguay at the FIFA World Cup.
He officially commenced his term as Germany boss on August 15, and will lead the team to Euro 2028 and the FIFA World Cup in 2030.

Klopp has taken full advantage of the diverse talent pool available to him as head coach of Germany, inviting 44 players for their opening four UEFA Nations League games.
The former Borussia Dortmund boss divided his squad into two sets, the first of which will face the Netherlands and Greece in their first two games, before the second group takes on Serbia and Greece in the other games.
Klopp proved that current form will take precedence over established reputations, as he left out a couple of established stars, including Deniz Undav, Leroy Sane, Leon Goretzka and goalkeeper Oliver Baumann.
There are 16 new faces in the squad, including Younes Ebnoutalib, Finn Jeltsch, Mika Baur, Vitaly Janelt, Bambase Conte, Felix Keidel, Max Rosenfelder, Hennes Behrens, and Philipp Treu.
Others include Saïd El Mala, Derry Scherhant, Yannik Engelhardt, Noah Atubolu, Jonas Urbig, Finn Dahmen, and Brajan Gruda.
He has announced that Marc-Andre Ter Stegen will be his first-choice goalkeeper after Manuel Neuer retired from international football after the World Cup.
The first group of players will face Netherlands in Amsterdam on September 24 before taking on Greece in Augsburg three days later.
The second group will take on Serbia in Munich on October 1, and will prosecute the return leg against Greece in Thessaloniki three days later.
