StriveAid 2026 is set to bring football legends, former professionals and content creators together at Worthing FC on Saturday 3 October, with tickets now officially on sale.
Brazilian World Cup winners Roberto Carlos and Gilberto Silva will once again captain the two teams at the Sussex Transport Community Stadium, with a growing group of creators preparing to take part in the charity match.
Organised by Striver, the abuse-free social media platform co-founded by Roberto Carlos, Gilberto Silva and Sussex local Tim Chase, StriveAid aims to use football to support the next generation through three key areas: Access, Wellbeing and Opportunity.
Following previous successful editions, this year’s event will combine football, entertainment and community-focused activities throughout the day.
StriveAid 2026 Tickets Are Now On Sale
StriveAid 2026 will take place at Worthing FC on Saturday 3 October, with the event beginning at 2pm.
The StriveAid showcase game is scheduled to kick off at 3pm, while the main match between Team Gilberto Silva and Team Roberto Carlos is expected to begin at approximately 5:30pm.
Worthing’s Enterprise National League fixture away to Gateshead will also be live-streamed and shown around the stadium, with that match scheduled to begin at 3pm on DAZN.
Tickets are available through Fanbase, with prices as follows:
- Adults: £15
- Concessions: £8
- Under-18s: £10
- Under-12s: £5
- Under-6s: £1
- Family Bundle: £30
- Team Bundle: £60
The Family Bundle includes two adults and two children under 12, while the Team Bundle includes two adults and 10 children under 12.
Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult, and all attendees must bring valid photo ID for entry. Fans should also note that re-entry will not be permitted once they leave the ground.
Roberto Carlos, Gilberto Silva And A Host Of Creators Are Ready
Roberto Carlos and Gilberto Silva will once again lead the two teams, joined by creators, media personalities and former professionals.
The current Striver line-up, listed as of 15 September, includes Ashley Keno, Talia Lazarus, JDB Football, Luke Nuttall, BigJohnGK, Zayn Farooqui, Sara Guzo, Nada Allali, Kyle Hudlin and JaackMaate, among others.
With the line-up still being added to, further announcements are expected ahead of the event.
For those already involved, however, StriveAid represents much more than a chance to play in front of a crowd. Across their comments, the creators highlighted football’s ability to bring people together, raise awareness and create opportunities for others.

Using Football to give back
For several creators, the opportunity to participate is closely connected to their own experiences with football and the chance to support an important cause.
Sara Guzo, who is returning to the event, said: “I’m feeling really grateful to be invited again, we’re playing for an amazing cause and it means a lot to get an opportunity to play!”
Jack Beech also reflected on football’s personal significance and how it can be used to help others.
“Football has changed my life, so having the chance to play in StriveAid and use football to help others is really special.”
Jelani added: “It’s great to be part of an initiative that pushes positivity in the world.”
Meanwhile, OussiFooty emphasised the sport’s ability to unite people around a shared purpose.
“Football is all about bringing people together. If we can use the game we love to make a real difference for others, I’m always happy to be part of it.”
That sense of community was also central to Jason Davenport’s excitement about joining the event.
“For me to be able to play alongside other content creators that all share the love for football online is a huge privilege, and I can’t wait to be a part of such a great community.”
Supporting Wellbeing and Mental Health
StriveAid’s focus on wellbeing and mental health was another recurring theme in the creators’ responses.
Dan Muino described the event as an opportunity to encourage conversations around mental health and suicide prevention.
“A charity game that offers a true reflection towards suicide prevention and provides an opportunity for discussion around mental health.”
Kyle Hudlin similarly highlighted the importance of raising awareness and supporting others through football.
“Playing at StriveAid is going to mean a lot to me, football has given me so much, and being able to use the game to help raise awareness and support such an important cause is something I’m proud to be part of.”
He continued: “Mental health can affect anyone, and if we can use football to bring people together and make a difference, that’s what it’s all about.”
For Dennis Gerkes, football has long provided a space for connection, self-expression and freedom.
“Football has always been a place where I can be myself, connect with others and forget about limitations. That’s why StriveAid means so much to me.”
He added: “We come together through football, have fun and use the game to make a positive impact on others.”
Able11, who has Nigerian and Ugandan heritage, also placed the focus on StriveAid’s wider impact rather than the match itself.
“It’s less about me playing and more about what StriveAid does for the community. To provide wellbeing to those who need it and access/opportunities is very commendable.”
He continued: “The fact I’ve been invited to play, I hope not only for everyone to have a great day but also bring more eyes to our friendly neighbourhood charity.”
Creating Opportunities and Memories
While the charitable purpose remains central to the event, the opportunity to meet supporters and create memorable experiences is another major attraction.
Luke Nuttall highlighted the importance of connecting with fans, particularly younger members of the crowd.
“Playing at StriveAid is a fantastic opportunity to meet amazing people and the fans along with that! Seeing the smile on the kids’ faces is the best part about it all!”
For Beno, being part of StriveAid is an opportunity to support a community-focused initiative while sharing the experience with fellow creators.
“Being invited to play at StriveAid means a lot to me because they love to help people in the community through sports. And that is something that has always been a big factor of my life.”
Beno added: “Also seeing my friends play in this like AngryGinge, Chazza and more makes me feel happy that I have the chance too!”
Ashley Keno a 22-year-old Nigerian creator, summed up the significance of the opportunity in a short but powerful statement: “Playing in StriveAid means the world to me.”

The event will begin at 2pm, with the StriveAid showcase game scheduled for 3pm.

Worthing’s away fixture against Gateshead will also be shown around the stadium via a live stream.
The main StriveAid match is scheduled to begin at approximately 5:30pm, with Team Gilberto Silva facing Team Roberto Carlos.
Fans should be aware that the Stand Bar will close for a private event from 5pm, while re-entry will not be permitted after leaving the ground.
