Evaluating their performances based on multiple factors, this September selection highlights the Premier League youngsters reshaping squad depth across major clubs in the division.

Goalkeeper - James Trafford (Leeds United)
After a season of disappointment, James Trafford is finally doing his thing as a Premier League starting goalkeeper.
The England international has shown exactly what he is about in September, helping his side to pick up five points from three games.
Trafford made a total of 13 saves this month, keeping a clean sheet in the goalless draw against Crystal Palace. The 23-year-old is set for a big season in the Premier League, and has already shown that he is ready for what is to come.
Right-Back - Jannik Schuster (Brentford)
From getting thrown into a battle against Sunderland's Brian Brobbey in his Premier League debut to keeping Chelsea quiet at 20, Jannik Schuster has had quite the introduction to Premier League football.
The Austrian youngster has come into the side after the injury to captain Nathan Collins, and he has looked the part in his games so far.
He wins 3.2 aerial duels per 90 and records 13.5 defensive contributions per 90, as well. He provided an assist in the 3-0 win over Chelsea last week.
Centre-Back - Jeremy Jacquet (Liverpool)
Described as a Rolls Royce of a defender, 21-year-old Jeremy Jacquet has enjoyed a seamless transition into the English top-flight.
The youngster was part of a backline that kept three clean sheets in as many games in September, and won the Player of the Match award against Bournemouth last weekend.
Jacquet wins 76.3% of his ground duels per 90 and 76.9% of his aerial duels. His form for Liverpool has earned him a first invitation to the senior national team of France.
Centre-Back - Luka Vuskovic (Brighton & Hove Albion)
After a fine season on loan at Hamburger SV, Luka Vuskovic was tipped to become a key player for Tottenham Hotspur, only for Spurs to sell him to Brighton for around £44 million.
Still only 19, the Croatia international showed his quality with a dominant showing against Arsenal, helping the Seagulls to keep a clean sheet against the champions.
Vuskovic wins an impressive 5.96 ground duels per 90 so far this term, and 3.29 aerial duels per 90. The teenager has so far lived up to the hype surrounding him, and will be expected to do more as the season progresses.
Left-Back - Lewis Hall (Newcastle United)
Pursued for most of the summer by Manchester United before he signed a new contract with his boyhood club, Lewis Hall has started the season in impressive form.
Still only 22, the left-back plays like he has been around forever, and he remains a key player for the Magpies.
Hall recorded two goals contributions in three appearances in September, and has been a key attacking contributor to Matthias Jaissle's side this season.
Defensively, he records 9.22 defensive contributions per 90, proving that he gets the job done at both ends of the pitch.
Central Midfield - Chema Andres (Brighton & Hove Albion)
Another gem uncovered by Brighton, Chema Andres was terrific in his full Premier League debut against Arsenal, scoring in the 3-0 win for his side.
He has played twice for the Seagulls, both in September, and has recorded two goal contributions already.
The 21-year-old won 100% of his aerial duels in a dominant showing against Arsenal, showing his quality and maturity in such a short span.
Central Midfield - Malick Yalcouye (Brighton & Hove Albion)
Brighton's bright start to the season means that several of their young players have caught the eye, and 20-year-old Malick Yalcouye is another.
The versatile midfielder appeared thrice in September, scoring one goal for the team. This season, he has won 6.81 ground duels per 90 and completed 2.27 tackles per 90.
Yalcouye is a key player in Fabian Hurzeler's front-footed style, and he has won possession in the final third on 1.51 occasions per 90.
Attacking Midfield - Josh King (Fulham)
Still only 19, Josh King is one of those players whose age shocks you because he feels like he has been around for ages.
The young Englishman featured in all three Fulham games in September, scoring once.
An influential playmaker in Alvaro Arbeloa's system, King has touched the ball 7.8 times in the opposition box per 90 this season.
He completes 1.48 dribbles per 90, with his dribble on Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai fresh in the memory.
Left Winger - Tyrique George (Everton)
Tyrique George has largely shown that he can be trusted by Everton boss David Moyes this season, following the sale of Iliman Ndiaye.
George appeared thrice in September, playing from his preferred left wing.
The 20-year-old creates 2.02 chances per 90 this season, and completes 2.60 dribbles per 90. He scored once this month, in the 2-2 draw against Manchester United.
Right Winger - Rayan Cherki (Manchester City)
France international Rayan Cherki is arguably the most established star on this list, and remains a maverick for his side at 23 years old.
He scored once in three appearances in September, and remains key to Enzo Maresca's set-up with the Cityzens.
This season, he creates 3.54 chances per 90 and completes 1.48 dribbles per 90. He also works hard off the ball, winning the ball back in the final third 1.18 times per 90.
Striker - Charalampos Kostoulas (Brighton & Hove Albion)
Another Brighton star on the list, Greece international Charalampos Kostoulas scored two goals and provided an assist in three appearances for the Seagulls in September.
Far from a static number nine, Kostoulas drifts around the pitch, causing chaos everywhere he goes with his dribbling (1.26 per 90).
The 19-year-old is a hard-worker out of possession, completing 6.83 defensive contributions per 90 this term.
He also leads the press for the Seagulls and wins the ball back in the final third at an average of 2.28 times per 90.
